No Trace Lasers has more than 9 years of trade import/export experience, and we have successfully exported to more than 85 countries worldwide.
Our packaging process is as follows: Following QC testing, each No Trace Lasers machine is packed in a super durable air freight box made from metal & wood, with 15mm fireproof thick foam inside. The box has a solid 1mm black fireproof exterior coating outside, and the center is 13mm solid wood. Only our company uses the extremely solid 13mm thick box (others use a 3 - 5mm thick box or only a paper box).

Free Shipping within USA & Worldwide:

If your shipping address is in the USA, delivery is FREE, no minimums. We also understand that everyone worldwide loves free shipping, and we are here to serve our clients globally. Therefore, we make the buying process easier and happier by giving all orders worldwide FREE delivery, assuming the order is more than $950. Which Couriers are Used for Delivery?
​
Orders are shipped by UPS, DHL, FedEx, YunExpress, UBI, and by your domestic couriers, depending on your country and region.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical shipping address such as a home or office address.

How Can I Track My Order?
​
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and can track your order via our website: Track Order. Or you can use the shipping carrier's website, as you prefer.

Will I Need to Pay Customs Duties?
​
For USA clients, we keep a large stock of inventory within the United States. For customized products or for products that become out of stock in our USA warehouses, orders will be sent from overseas; however, No Trace Lasers handles the import clearance. USA clients do not need to pay customs duties.

How Long Will It Take to Get My Order?
​
Once you place an order, processing begins, and this usually takes 1-5 business days. In some situations, such as a period when inventory replenishment is in process, processing times could be longer. You will receive an email once your order is shipped.

Transit time varies depending on different factors, including the specific product(s) you ordered as well as your specific location. If you want to know the approximate shipping time for a particular product, please contact us and let us know, and be sure to include your delivery location. Alternatively, you may simply keep in mind the following conservative estimates:

Transit time for in-stock products to the USA: 1-7 business days.

Transit time for in-stock products to other countries: 3-15 business days for Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, and many more.

For most other countries, transit time is 8-25 business days. Machines that are made to order by our factory will take approximately 10-20 business days.

Shipping Delays:
​
No Trace Lasers is not responsible if your package is not received within the time frames estimated above, as there can be unforeseen delays caused by third-party couriers. No refunds will be provided for reasonable shipping delays (reasonable is defined as a maximum of 45 calendar days from the date of order).

Packages Lost in Transit or Missing Packages:
​
No Trace Lasers is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments during the shipping process handled by third-party couriers. The courier is responsible.
Therefore, no automatic refunds will be made if a package is lost or stolen during the shipping process. However, we will file a claim with the relevant courier, including submission of all required documentation, to recover any lost items. We guarantee that you will receive your order.

Damaged Packages:
​
If your item arrives damaged, you must report the damage to us within 7 calendar days of delivery (including photos of the product and the packaging, as well as a video) to be eligible for a free replacement. To report a damaged item, please email support@notracelasers.com. For more information, read our Warranty Policy.

Re-routed or Refused Packages and Import Tariff Refusals:
​
Orders re-routed to a different delivery address by you will not be eligible for any refunds.
Please do not refuse any delivery unless advised by us to do so. In some cases, refused deliveries are destroyed. Orders for which delivery is refused by you on your own (for any reason, including perceived shipping damages) will receive a refund after the package has been returned to us, minus 40% to cover shipping and associated fees.

If your order is refused by customs authorities in your country and cannot be delivered, you are eligible for a free replacement at no extra cost or a refund minus shipping costs (20% deducted for shipping costs).
Please note that many packages require a signature on delivery to ensure safe delivery. Ensure someone responsible at your shipping address is available to sign for your delivery if required.
