Stress less, because all No Trace Lasers professional machines come with a 3-Year Warranty and a 30-day change of mind return option.

Below is some information on how it works:

Should you decide within 30 calendar days (from the order date) that you have changed your mind and no longer want your machine, you’re entitled to ship it back to us for an exchange or refund.​

When you return, you will be eligible for:​

​

• An exchange (of equal value to your original order), or

• A refund (minus shipping & handling costs).​

To be eligible for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:​

​

• The machine must be in its original packaging and must be new and unused.

• Machines for which No Trace Lasers training has been completed are strictly non-returnable.

• Consumables such as gels, liquids, and cartridges are strictly non-returnable.

• The machine must not be damaged (please refer to the Warranty for this case).

• The return must be initiated within 30 days of the order delivery date.

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

• Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable, and therefore 20% will be deducted from your refund to cover such costs.

• The return must be approved by customer support (do not send it back to the address on your package).

Order Cancellations:

 

We have a fast turnaround time with order processing to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, therefore cancellation cannot be guaranteed. As a general rule, orders cannot be canceled if more than one hour has passed. Please also understand that if an order is canceled, the processing fees are non-refundable. You will receive a full refund minus the processing fees.
